The IEB has once again had a successful year and continued to build on the solid foundation that has been laid. This has been due, in no small part, to the vision, sense of direction and commitment of the management and staff. The people who make up an organisation are its most vital resource and it is their dedication and commitment to its values that make the attainment of its mission a reality.
